Covid-19 Exclusion to Standard Conditions of Sales and Returns: Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic we are unable to accept returns on any of our medical or PPE products. This exclusion has been imposed on PPE Suppliers by the manufacturers due to the spread of infection and associated risks. This condition applies to both unopened as well as opened packaging, or boxes. The health and safety of our customers is important and is the reason for a no return policy. Should you not agree and accept these terms please refrain from completing this purchase.

I authorize the company named on this web form or invoice to debit the bank account or credit card indicated in this web form or invoice, for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the goods and services noted on the web payment form or invoice. I understand that returns, refunds, and cancellations are not permitted in some cases as services and goods may be customized for each customer and information is not a tangible product that can be returned and covid-19 exclusion to standard conditions of sales and returns apply. I understand that because this is an electronic transaction, these funds may be withdrawn from my account as soon as the above noted transaction date. In the case of an ACH Transaction being rejected for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) I understand that the company named on this web form may at its discretion attempt to process the charge again within 30 days.
